the reception lady remembered our past visits. she surprised us with complimentary breakfast, such a kind touch! the team offers great service, going above and beyond to. the decor, the room size, and all the facilities are amazing.
the window view was blocked by scaffolding and dirt. i couldn't really see outside, a slight letdown.

The room offered a luxurious feel and a projector displayed a Parisian scene. I felt as if I was abroad. The bathroom was also large with a great shower. A selection of complimentary products added to the experience. The staff was helpful.
I was informed about a turn-down service. This service was supposed to happen around 5 pm, but it did not occur. It was a minor issue, but it was odd to mention it if it would not be provided.

The hotel offered superb attention to detail throughout, I saw it in every area. My room included a projector, it displayed a Parisian scene. The complimentary bathroom items was a nice touch. The breakfast was good, it included different options.

We were greeted warmly, and the check-in process was smooth. Our baggage was handled efficiently, and the car parking service was very helpful. The suite featured amazing decorations and spacious design, with all the special touches expected of a luxury hotel (I especially loved the brass bathtub!). I received a sensational complimentary birthday dessert platter that added to the occasion.
There was a slight delay in receiving extra towels one evening.
